Description
The white-margined goby is a small goby from the western Atlantic, in the Caribbean and the Gulf of Mexico. The species grows to about 5 cm and has a slender, light body with white fin margins. As a bottom-dweller it stays hidden on sandy, rubble and reef bottoms of shallow coastal water and feeds on small invertebrates. The fish is harmless to humans and has not been evaluated by the IUCN (NE).
