Description
Boehlke's goby is a tiny goby (Gobiidae) from coastal waters of the western Atlantic and Caribbean. The species grows to about 4 cm and has a slender, pale, partly translucent body with fine markings. As a cryptic bottom-dweller it lives on and in sand and rubble bottoms near coral reefs and snaps at small bottom life. The fish is harmless to humans.
