The onepore goby is a small goby (Gobiidae) from fast-flowing fresh water of the Mekong basin in Southeast Asia. The species grows to about 5 cm and has a slender, brown-speckled body with fine markings and fused pelvic fins forming a sucker. As a bottom-dweller it perches among gravel and stones of clear mountain streams and snaps at insect larvae, small invertebrates and algae. The fish is harmless to humans.
