Description
The doublespot coralgudgeon is a tiny sleeper goby (Eleotridae) from the western Pacific. The species grows to about 4 cm and has a slender, partly translucent body with a few dark spots. As a cryptic bottom-dweller it shelters in crevices and cavities of coral and rocky reefs and snaps at small zooplankton. The fish is harmless to humans.
